Revenue Operations at Egnyte is the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and the systems that run the business. We are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead end-to-end process work across our Lead-to-Cash journey, partnering with stakeholders across the company to turn manual, undocumented work into systematic, scalable processes.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations. The work is process archaeology: sitting with operators, learning how the work actually gets done, and turning what you learn into documented workflows, requirements, and systems improvements. You will not be writing reports about process. You will be changing it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Map current-state workflows across the Lead-to-Cash journey end to end. Document every manual step, decision point, and exception rule that lives in people’s heads today.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify automation and systems improvement opportunities. Own the requirements documentation that hands off cleanly to Salesforce admins, IT, and engineering.
- Work alongside operational leaders across the revenue lifecycle to prioritize improvements and track execution. Be the person they trust to turn ideas into actionable specs.
- Build and maintain a process documentation library: SOPs, swimlane diagrams, and exception registers that turn tribal knowledge into institutional knowledge.
- Translate between business and technical teams. Take “this is how we do it” and turn it into “this is what the system needs to do.”
- Track and report on process health: manual touchpoints, error rates, cycle time, and downstream quality. Make the invisible visible.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 to 7 years in business process analysis, business systems analysis, or revenue/sales operations.
- Direct experience with Lead-to-Cash processes, from lead capture and qualification through deal structuring, billing, and provisioning. You have lived inside the messy middle of how SaaS revenue actually gets processed.
- Salesforce fluency at the analyst or power-user level. You can write requirements an admin can build from, even if you are not an admin yourself.
- Working knowledge of Lucid chart, Miro, Visio, or comparable process documentation tools.
- Strong written communication. You can produce requirements document a developer can act on without follow-up meetings.
- Diplomatic directness. You can ask hard questions about why something is done a certain way, and propose change, without making people defensive.
- Experience supporting MSP, VAR, or other partner-sold motions.
- Exposure to subscription, usage-based, or hybrid billing models.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi or Celigo.
- Formal process methodology background (Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar).
- Location: Hybrid (for candidates within 50 miles radius of an office) or Remote (for candidates outside that range)
COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $95,000 - $130,000k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
BENEFITS:
- Competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits
- Flexible hours and generous time off (RTO, Responsible Time Off) to help support your work-life balance
- Paid holidays and sick time
- 401(k) with company match
- Health Savings Account (HSA) with a generous employer contribution and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
- Up to 12wks of paid Parental and 10wks Adoption Leave to help you grow your family
- Modern and collaborative offices located in Draper, UT; Raleigh, NC; Mountain View, CA; Reading, England, and Poznan, Poland
- Gym, cell phone, and internet reimbursement
- Free well-being apps such as Spring Health for Guardian are offered, as well access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Perks include discounted pet insurance, electronics, theme park tickets, travel, plus more
- Your own Egnyte account with lifetime access
- HealthJoy – a benefits navigation app that lets you access your benefits and get answers to your questions all in one place
- One Medical virtual care, providing you with healthcare access across the country
